Letter to Caradon Planners
I have had to fight a long battle with Caradon Planners to establish permitted development rights at Trevalon. There are a number of complaints running at the moment concerning the conduct of planning officers and in an effort to gather evidence before I have to go to the local government ombudsman I am again requesting details relating to refusal of permitted development rights.
Ref: 06/00536/PNA
Dear Mr Hoare,
I originally wrote to Mr Dean Mutton on 12 10 07 stating that,
I am attempting to put together a complete record of the planning applications made at Trevalon. I under stand that for the PNA the County Land Agent was employed to make an appraisal of the business. There is no copy of his appraisal on Caradon’s website so I would be grateful if you could send me a copy of the assessment. If no written assessment exists I would be grateful if you could send me a log of the conversation that you had with him concerning my application.
You have sent to me the appraisal carried out by the County Land Agent relating to application 07/01775/LUCP but I am still waiting for the land agents report relating to application reference 06/00536/PNA.
Yours Sincerely
Mark Simon
