Black Radish Recipe
Black Radish Haters Black Radish!
A recipe for Trevalon Organic Vegetables supplied by a customer
Wash, top, tail and peel the radish leaving little bands
of the black skin for a funky look!
Slice into half cm rings and toss in a small amount of good organic olive
oil, sea salt and ground black pepper.
Place in a roasting tin and scatter with organic caster sugar.
Roast in a pre heated oven (180 deg) for approximately 30 - 40 mins,
turning the slices over after 25 mins and scattering again with the caster
sugar, Roast until lightly browned.
When tender and nicely browned, sprinkle with a good quality organic
balsamic vinegar ... and eat warm.
Great with BBQ’d organic steak.
For a variation, whisk some organic cream cheese with salt, pepper and a
little milk and pour over the warm radish - YUM!
