On a thursday 85 vegetable boxes are laid out in our steel lined food grade shipping container. Things are a bit cramped and we are anticipating having to split the delivery onto two days as the business grows.
We will soon be putting a planning application for a purpoase built packing barn but for the time being we will have to make do with the shipping container.
