Open day success
On Sunday 6th December about twenty people braved the showers to come on a guided tour of Trevalon. Mark led a walk around the boundary of a about 1km, taking in the vegetable plots, newly planted wind breaks and hedges, the grazing meadow and river, orchard, pond, possible sites for allotments and the existing polytunnels.
People expressed an interest in being involved with the new Community Supported Agriculture Scheme at Trevalon, with some wanting an allotment, others interested in volunteering and others who wanted to sign up to a vegetable box.
The core group meeting, of people interested in helping take the project forward will take place tonight at 7pm.
